Cornwallis House is a fully managed Business Centre in the heart of Basildon’s busy commercial and retail area. Providing serviced offices, workshops, and storage units.
The management team at the centre were conscious of their clients need for privacy whilst using the washroom facilities, so a full height cubicle system was designed and specified.
Each washroom was then fitted with digital water flow meter to monitor water usage whilst the FRANKE wash troughs have been fitted with sensor operated brassware which means water wastage is minimal, as the amount of water necessary to flush is regulated. Sensor technology is a great choice for commercial spaces such as offices, as it reduces the need for human contact and in turn cutting down the risk of germs transferring from person to person.
The washroom cubicle doors, pilasters and partitions were all supplied using Abet wood effect Zebrano Grigio solid grade laminate. Solid Grade Laminate (SGL). SGL is an extremely durable, impact and scratch resistant material so will withstand heavy usage. This product is also impervious to water, meaning the toilet cubicles can be regularly and thoroughly cleaned, so that excellent hygiene standards are maintained.
The safety flooring has been supplied and developed by Polyflor to capture the beauty and authenticity of material surfaces with the built-in reassurance of sustainable wet slip resistance. Virtually invisible aluminium oxide particles are integrated throughout the performance layer to provide this safety flooring which is both functional and beautiful.
