Trinity C of E Primary School embarked on a project to revitalise their washrooms, seeking a design that was not only hygienic and functional but also imaginative and captivating for students. The chosen theme, ‘serene underwater galaxy with whales in the stars,’ reflects our commitment to delivering innovative, themed environments with a creative twist.
The objective was to seamlessly merge the boy’s and girl’s washroom facilities into an open-plan layout that provides staff with the ability to supervise while ensuring that student’s privacy is fully respected. This project aimed to create a stimulating and calming environment for students, combining aesthetic appeal with practical functionality.

Our concept of the ‘serene underwater galaxy with whales in the stars’ theme merges the tranquillity of the ocean with the wonder of space, featuring whales floating among stars and planets. The colour scheme was selected for its cool tones, such as deep blues, soft greys and accents of gold and white which evoke a sense of calm and wonder.
